 Please discuss in detail your past experiences in education (both teaching and administrative), your professional preparation and your present responsibilities and duties.

 Describe any of your outstanding accomplishments in your present position.

 As a Coordinator new to the District, what would you do to familiarize yourself with the District, it’s programs, your staff and the expectations of your position?

 Describe your management style. Explain how it would affect your actions/decisions in areas of teacher concern such as staff development, shared decision-making and communication.

 How would you inform the staff you supervise of your expectations?

 Talk about something that happened in your present position that you would do over if you could.

 Describe a typical day in your current position.

 How would you go about assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the program you would be supervising and formulate a long-range plan for improvement, if needed?
