List of Research Achievements

Research papers, patents, utility models, or newspaper articles which deal with the applicant’s achievements. (Please number all items.)

• Attach supporting materials that substantiate the applicant’s achievements – most important research papers (maximum of 3 items), technical handbooks, patent applications or utility models, and newspaper articles etc.

[Major Research Papers] • State the names of all authors in full , in the same order as published, title of research papers, journal titles, volume and number, pages, publication year and place of issue. Underline the name of the applicant, and include the co-authors’ affiliations in parentheses. • Mark by encircling the number before the title of the research papers. State the publisher’s name and address (with country). • If the research related to the listed papers was awarded any prizes from other groups, state the details in parentheses after the paper’s title.

[Patent/Utility Model] • List registration country and number, title, filing date (date of registration), and all inventors’ names. • List names of multiple inventors in full, in the same order as in the Patent Gazette. Underline the name of the applicant and write his or her share and the affiliations of co-inventors in parentheses. • If the research related to the listed patents and utility models was awarded any prizes from other groups, state the details in parentheses after their titles. • If the application for the patent or utility model is in progress, indicate the stage of progress (e.g. patent pending, under disclosure, under examination, etc).

[Newspaper Articles and Magazines] • Include the publishing date, name of newspaper or magazine, and title of article describing the applicant’s achievements.
