Vendor Information & Guidelines (for ALL FAIRS)

Westminster United Presbyterian Church (WUPC) fair information and guidelines are as follows:

 The WUPC CRAFT FAIR is SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2017 !  In the case of inclement weather, call the church office at 631-661-6740 THE MORNING OF THE FAIR for further information. The RAIN DATE IS OCTOBER 7, 2017. We will inform vendors of such decision at the soonest possible time on the morning of the event.  Donation for space at the fair is $40 per spot. The donation is NON-REFUNDABLE. Donations made by check must be received by SEPTEMBER 21, 2017. Donations for vendor space made on or after SEPTEMBER 22, 2017 are payable by CASH ONLY.  Space is allocated on a first come, first served basis and only upon receipt of completed application and donation. Submission of an application does not guarantee a space.  One FREE coffee voucher will be included with confirmation of your designated space.  WUPC reserves the right to decide the location of each vendor's space which is limited to a marked 12' x 12' outside space. You will be required to pay for an additional spot if you exceed this area.  Each vendor must provide his/her own display.  No electricity shall be provided.  Vendors must advise the Church of items to be sold when submitting application (i.e., jewelry, flags, pottery, etc.)  WUPC cannot guarantee that other vendors will not duplicate your type of craft or items for sale.  WUPC reserves the right to deny any application and/or refuse admittance to anyone whose work (items sold, displayed, etc.) is deemed offensive or of questionable taste.  Vendors may NOT begin set-up before 7:30am on the day of the event.  Vendors may use the Church parking lot for unloading from 7:30am to 9:30am. Parking for vendors will be provided in the church’s rear yard. Space is limited, so we cannot guarantee a space for all vendors. Vendors may not park in Church parking lot during Fair hours (10am to 4pm). This change has been made at the request of our vendors. They asked that parking lot be available to accommodate fair- goers and customers.  Vendors are responsible for clean up of their space. All trash as well as all items sold or displayed must be removed at the end of the day.  No loud music may be played.  NO alcoholic beverages are permitted on church property.  There is no smoking ANYWHERE in the Church and on Church grounds – including immediately outside the building, in the parking lot, or on the lawns.  Vendors must be respectful of their neighbors - and ours.  WUPC reserves the right to remove persons violating these guidelines.
