Rail Rodeo Debrief meeting June 5, 2010 Fairmont Hotel Vancouver Board Room

1. Welcome to all by Chair David Kowalski a. Boston showed up b. Great Rodeo well executed

2. Host Property Report a. What went well i. All in all everything went well b. Problems i. Some things said by Sktrain personnel but was dealt with. ii. Little late starting but recovered. Ended ½ hour late c. Opportunities for improvements

3. Maintainers Report – a. Congrats to Skytrain and thank you fro a job well done. b. Thanks to vendors

4. Operators Report - a. Noting on how well an outside rodeo. Excellent job. b. Look at how to keep family and friends away from Rodeo. Needs to be looked at next year. c. Congrats to Dave K. on all his years of service. (gift given to Dave)

5. Looking ahead at future rodeos a. Schedule for upcoming rodeos i. Edmonton 2014 ii. Philadelphia 2013 iii. Dallas 2012 iv. Boston 2011 b. Letter to be written and have Bill Millar signed and sent to properties.

6. APTA Staff Report a. Letter to be sent to agencies asking for contestant experiences i. Rebranding of rodeo ii. Adding and changing of rodeo

7. Report from Next Host Property. a. Video of upcoming Rodeo in Boston.
