Turning up for work on time every day is a minimum expectation here at iComm International, Inc. We need everyone here at the right time to achieve and maintain smooth and efficient operations. This memo outlines our Attendance Policy which we expect everyone to follow. Failure to maintain an acceptable attendance record will result in disciplinary action and an unsatisfactory performance evaluation.

Policy Statement All employees are expected to report to work on time every day that they are scheduled to work and to maintain a satisfactory record of attendance. If an employee is unable to report to work, they are expected to notify their supervisor and HR Department at least an hour before their start time.

Managers and Supervisors are responsible for communicating the attendance policy to the staff and for fair and consistent implementation of the policy.

Leave Vacation leave must be scheduled and approved before availment. Discretionary days may be taken in half or whole day increments and must be approved in advance by the Supervisor/Manager. Approved leave forms must be submitted to HR at least two weeks prior to the scheduled leave.

Employees on shift should coordinate accordingly with their respective immediate supervisors for dispatch of incoming and outgoing tasks and/or ensure proper work turn- over.

Tardiness - arrival for work after the official beginning of working hours, or return to work after the expiration of the time designated for meals.

Below is the schedule of offenses on tardiness and unauthorized absence and the corresponding disciplinary action:
