APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS executed by Mr. Matthew Diggs, 22 currently claiming to an Assistant United States Attorney 23 for the Western District of Washington State, in Seattle, 24 Washington State, as required by the federal statute at 5 25 U.S.C. 3331. 26 27 2. OATH OF OFFICE executed by Mr. Matthew Diggs, currently 28 claiming to be an Assistant United States Attorney for the 29 Western District of Washington State, in Seattle, 30 Washington State, as required by the federal statute at 28 31 U.S.C. 544. 32 33 3.
