All prices shown on our web site are in £ Sterling and do not include shipping. VAT is not re- claimable on purchases from GB Audio by any VAT registered companies within UK or EU. UK mainland carriage is FREE for pre-paid purchases over £120.00 (excluding secondhand items). Express carriage and/or transit insurance cover is available subject to a small surcharge. You can post your order with either Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Draft made out to GB AUDIO. Or pay cash over the counter at your local Lloyds TSB bank (details on request). Or pay cash or cheque via your own bank or building society branch (details on request). Alternatively by Card. Acceptable cards: Visa, Delta, Electron, Access, JCB, Eurocard, MasterCard, Solo, Switch or Maestro. Telephone or fax your details (name, full address, telephone, card number, security number, issue number & expiry date). You can email the order form to us but for card security, we recommend that you do not send your card data by email. Then phone your card details through after you have emailed the form. On receipt of your payment we will then contact you with an order confirmation and a receipt will accompany the goods.

Please note: We do not keep any credit card details on our computer files. We may occasionally email you with news or offers but we won't spam you or give your details to anyone else. Items may not be returned without prior authorisation. Spare parts and special order items are not returnable. Any faults or shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt and returned (with authorisation reference) within 7 days. A re-stocking charge will be applied to cover administration costs. Carriage charges are non-refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
