PROJECT INFORMATION
Project Name The full name of your project
Project Website URL The URL where the website will be accessible. Must be a root domain or subdomain (e.g. example.com or project.example.com)
Project Sponsor(s) The names of any sponsors (e.g. a university, library, funding agency, etc.)
Project Coordinates (latitude, longitude) For assistance determining coordinates, please visit http://www.latlong.net/. Project Location (city, region, nation, etc.) A plain text description of your project’s coverage area (e.g. Vancouver, the Great Lakes Region, Australia)
Project colors Please provide color codes as RGB or Hexadecimal values, or provide samples of specific colors (e.g. links to brand guidelines)
PROJECT ACCOUNTS
Project Social Media Accounts Provide links to social media accounts related to the project (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
Project Email Address Provide a public email address where users may send inquiries and feedback. Google Analytics: WEB Provide a Google Analytics property ID for your WEBSITE. (e.g. UA-1234-56-1)

Google Maps API Key Provide a Google Maps API key. See: https://developers.google.com/maps/web/
APP STORE INFORMATION
App Full Name The name of the app as it should appear in the Google Play and Apple App Stores. (e.g. Cleveland Historical)
App Short Name The name of the app as it should appear on the users’ device home screen or app menu. This name should be no more than 13 characters. Please note that short names are actually limited by width not characters. Some 13-character combinations may still be too long. (e.g. CLEHistorical)
App Keywords A comma-separated list of terms to help users find your app. Up to 100 characters. (e.g. history, local, Cleveland, Ohio, CSU, tour, oral history, map)
App Store Description A paragraph or more describing your app, to appear in the app store. See examples in Google Play and Apple App Store.
CONTACT & BILLING INFORMATION
Project Manager This is the individual who is permitted to make content, design, and marketing decisions on behalf of the project. Please provide full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
Signing Authority This is the individual or agency that is able to sign contracts on behalf of the project. Please provide full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address Billing Authority This is the individual or agency that may receive and pay invoices. Please provide full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
