Any verbal or physical harassment of any employee or customer will result in termination of your account and money.
A $2.00 fee will be assessed to your account each season that you consign. (2 seasons per year = $4.00 total per YEAR).
You may call between the 5th and 10th of each month to request a check. Checks are issued for amounts $10.00 and over, unless it’s your final check. Due to accounting purposes, we can not issue cash. 24 hour’s notice is required for check issuance. You may provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope for The Has Bin to mail your final check to you.
Checks that are requested and not picked will expire 90 days from the date of issuance and will not be re-issued.
Checks that are signed for and taken will not be re-issued if you lose them, wash them or forget that you picked them up.
Items will stay 4 months from the time they are inventoried. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING OUT WHEN THEY WERE INVENTORIED. You may pick up unsold items by requesting an inventory list any time during the last month of your contract if you want them back. Items left past your expiration will become property of The Has Bin.
You have 60 days from the end of your contract to use the money in your account as store credit or request a check during the pay period. After 60 days, all leftover funds are donated to charity. THIS IS A FEDERAL LAW, NOT MINE!!!
Clothing must be freshly laundered by you (within the season of being brought in) and will be packed in (2) 18-gallon bins at the store with bins provided by The Has Bin. Please be selective with what you bring in The Has Bin will not accept items that are stained, worn, torn, outdated, out-of-style, dirty, or missing pieces..
Clothing drop offs are accepted by appointment ONLY, subject to appointment availability. If you make an appointment and fail to show up for or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged a $10 No-Show fee.
Equipment and toy drop offs are any time, no appointment needed, but no later than 4pm on weekdays and 1pm on Saturday. Please be sure that items are clean, have new batteries, are in working order and have all of the pieces, straps, trays, etc. The Has Bin will refuse items without batteries, stained or torn pads, equipment with food splatters, or items that have storage grime all over them. Equipment and toy drop offs are limited to 10 items per visit!
All clothing will be sold on a 60/40 basis. The Has Bin has the right to reject clothing that is not freshly laundered, covered in pet hair or smelling of smoke. Please remove yard sale and other resale store tags. New-from-store tags may stay on.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PULLING YOUR ITEMS FROM THE SALES FLOOR IF YOU WANT THEM BACK!
The Has Bin is not responsible for fire, theft, flood or customer abuse that may damage or misplace your items.
