Safe Communities Coalition Member

Task Summary: Actively participate in local Safe Communities coalition. This coalition will outline injury issues affecting the community and identify goals and objectives to improve community safety.

Suggested Responsibilities & Duties:

 Attend and participate, share, engage and work, in coalition goals development and activities.

 Share your knowledge, experience and talent with the coalition to fulfill established goals and objectives.

 Participate and engage on one or more committees as defined within the work plan to achieve established goals.

 Work with coalition members and community representatives to execute tasks and activities.

 Through collaboration with the coalition leader provide the necessary information and documentation for the quarterly and annual coalition progress report.

 When possible, attend annual Safe Communities America networking conference.

 Participate in coalition activities.

 Personally invested in enhancing safety in the community.
