American Bar Association Commission on Mental and Physical Disability Law Subcommittee on Lawyers with Disabilities: Mentor Program https://www.americanbar.org/groups/disabilityrights/resources/mentor_program_mentee_inform ation.html The mentor program is open to law students with all types of disabilities, including learning disabilities. The Mood Disorders Support Group www.mdsg.org Offers free weekly support group meetings in the NYC area for individuals with depression and bipolar disorder

Manhattan Adult ADD Support Group www.maaddsg.org A free support group that meets monthly for discussion and/or presentations regarding issues affecting the lives of individuals with ADD.

The Learning Disabilities Association of New York City runs a Learning Disabilities Helpline (212-646-6730) to provide callers with referrals to agencies and practitioners for evaluations, tutoring, counseling, and recreational programs. The Helpline is funded through the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
