Activity Barb Slingerland The MTSS Team must include be representative of the school’s staff, including Beth Kolb Administration, Grade-Levels/Content, Exceptional Children Teacher, Student Support MTSS Coordinator Staff, etc. Teacher leadership skills will be critical to planning and implementation. This training will provide the foundation necessary to begin restructuring for a Multi-Tiered System of Support. An overview of MTSS will be provided, including common language. The Team will complete a data dig to determine the pathway most appropriate to begin exploration and initial installation for their school site. Pathway options incluide restructuring for school-wide behavior, school-wide literacy, and school-wide math. Our mantra is start small and build well.
