Application for fast track qualification approval 6302 Preparing to teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector

Fast track approval is a streamlined approval process for existing centres. Typically, it is used when  a qualification is replaced or updated  approval for an N/SVQ would automatically entitle the centre to offer the corresponding VRQ.

The qualification(s) listed below indicate those you may currently offer that would now entitle you to fast track approval for the new qualification(s) listed adjacent to them. If your Centre is approved to offer 7303 (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) and wishes to offer only those programmes of study (6302-13, -90, -14 and -91) that cover content that directly replaces the content of 7303, you will receive automatic approval for the same level(s) as your 7303 approval.

If your centre wishes to offer the programmes of study that cover all of 6302 and has approval for the 7303 - Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector plus approval for the 7318 (6318) - Learning and Development or approval for the 7303 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector plus approval for the 6317 - Assessment, Quality Assurance qualifications, you will need to submit a fast-track approval form for 6302-03 and 11 - Level 3 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector and/or 6302-04, -22, and -92 for the Level 4 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector.
