Town Meeting Set for Utah Transit Authority Paratransit Riders Purpose: Opportunity for all riders using Utah Transit Authority’s (UTA) Paratransit services to discuss recent changes to our NO SHOW policy. These changes came to UTA via FTA (Federal Transit Administration). Because we feel it is important for you to attend we will be giving the rider a free ride coupon for attending. This coupon can be used at any time and does not expire but only available on Paratransit. Coupon will handed out at the meeting.

Saturday, July 12, 2014, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Where: Provo City Library, 550 N University Ave, Provo

Weber/Box Elder Area: Saturday, June 28, 2014, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Where: DATC, 550 E 300 S Kaysville - Main building, front doors in the Rotunda room

Monday, June 30, 2014, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Where: Roads to Independence, 3355 Washington Blvd, Ogden

Salt Lake/Davis County Area: Thursday, June 26, 2014, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Where: UTA Meadowbrook office, Board room, 3600 South 700 West Salt Lake City

Thursday, June 26, 2014, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Where: South Valley School, 8408 S Redwood Rd West Jordan

Saturday, June 28, 2014, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Where: UTA FLHQ office, 669 West 200 South Salt Lake City

To assure full participation at the meeting, accommodations for effective communication such as sign language interpreters or printed materials in alternative formats, or a language interpreter for non-English speaking participants, must be requested at least five (5) working days prior to the date of the scheduled event. Requests for ADA accommodations should be directed to UTA ADA Compliance Officer at 801-287- 3536 or dial 711 to make a relay call for deaf or hearing impaired persons.
