MEMORIAL SERVICE: A Memorial Service for members who have passed away 2014-2015 will be held. Please send names of members who should be remembered to: Memorial Chairman- Arlene Mauger by May 10, 2015.

PROGRAM includes: Presentation of the NW District Awards by Chairman; NW District Nurses Scholarship winner announced by Committee Chairman; NW District Art Contest winner announced by Committee Chairman. GFWC/IFC President, Dana Jones has been invited to join us.

CLUB PRESIDENTS- We are asking each club to bring a $20 gift card. We will also have a split the pot raffle.

ARTICLE X RECOGNITION MEETING Section 1. The meeting should be held prior to close of each Club year. The program shall be at the discretion of the District President. The agenda may include, but not be limited to: A. Awarding Clubs and Counties for outstanding work. B. Installation of incoming Officers. C. Memorial service. D. The CALL shall include the amount of registration fee and other costs, and be sent to: 1. District Clubs 2. Executive Board 3. Chairmen and Members of Departments and Committees 4. If you are coming from 61st you would turn South on Mississippi. The Garden is located on the East side of Mississippi Street.
