A review paper was tabled for the Committee to take away and consider regarding possible reforms to change of use within the planning system. The Committee was asked to read the questions and issues outlined in the review paper and pass their comments back to the Chairman. Plans B Committee had considered the review paper at its meeting on the 2 August 2011 and were asked to forward their comments to the Town Clerk would then formulate a response from both planning Committees.
