DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT: ANSWER VENDOR QUESTIONS

The purpose of this amendment is to address vendor questions.

Vendor Question for Solicitation 270357 SY/AP Exhauster

1. Question: In the statement of work, page 2, 3.10, third sentence (pasted below), please clarify if this effort is to be performed by WRPS or the Subcontractor.

‘This effort will include but is not limited to loading software (Controller, HMI and any other software required for the system to be operable) into the system, setting up any and all computers required for the system to be mocked up and support for software corrections during all acceptance testing at the Subcontractor’s facility.’

Response: “Setting up any and all computers required for the system to be mocked up and support for software corrections during all acceptance testing at the Subcontractor’s facility.’ is scope performed by the subcontractor. After the subcontractor has the exhausters operational, set up, equipment calibrated, and exhausters capable of running normally, WRPS will send software engineers down who will bring updated software with them. The WRPS engineers will load and test the new software with support from the vendor.

2. Question: On the MSR, it shows the Work Plan to be submitted ‘WP’ (with the proposal). Please confirm if that is the correct submission expectation.

Response: The Work Plan includes the schedule. So please submit schedule based on the estimated subcontract award date and delivery of exhausters called out in the request for proposal under 4.1.1.4 Schedule.
