Notes Actions 1 Welcome & Apologies. The Clerk welcomed the planning committee to this short meeting.

2 Planning application report It was agreed that the planning application report be circulated amongst councillors on a regular basis, and that new applications should appear at the front of the report and be designated as ‘new’ when first appearing on the report.

It was agreed that items on the report should be dealt with by exception and that the Clerk will provide hard copies of the applications upon request.

3 Wyevale Brief The proposed response to the Wyevale brief was tabled and initially considered. It was agreed that the substantive points raised by Jon Muncaster should form the basis of the response, with the Chair adding any issues considered appropriate by members of the committee. The Clerk to ensure that the feedback on the brief is sent due time.

4 Campbell Park Development Brief The Clerk reminded the committee of the forthcoming meeting with Neil Sainsbury to consider the brief being developed for the Campbell Park area. This meeting to take place on 15th May.
