Job Description
1. JOB INFORMATION JOB TITLE: Customer Service Co-ordinator BAND: 5 DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain Customer Service REPORTS TO: Senior Customer Service Co-ordinator RELIEF: Customer Service Co-ordinators LOCATION: Craigavon
2. JOB PURPOSE To ensure customer satisfaction through the efficient management of the order fulfilment process. To liaise with commercial and supply chain teams to ensure service levels are achieved. To effectively manage all customer queries.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES 3.1 FINANCIAL No budget responsibility 3.2 STAFF No direct reports 3.3 ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE / REPORTING LINE
4. DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure effective processing of all sales orders from EDI and manual systems into Moy Park ERP systems, ensuring complete orders transmitted to sites. Constant contact with supply chain of all Moy Park customers providing exceptional standards of customer service through issue resolution Liaison with Supply Chain departments of all Moy Park sites ensuring all orders are serviced in full. Use of Protean order processing systems. Use of customer order processing systems. Maintenance of correct sales codes on orders. Maintenance of the Sales Order Matrix in ERP system. Supporting Commercial managers with key accounts. Production of daily, weekly and monthly reports using Protean as required. Production of Qlikview Service Level Reports as required. To work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental impact in relation to the processes and procedures operating within their area and across the wider business e.g. reduction of waste, recycling etc.

Order accuracy and efficiency across all MP customer accounts Maintenance of Order Matrix Production and communication of sales orders and service level reports Sales and stock reporting e.g retail frozen, foodservice and business to business.
6. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Essential Desirable GCSE Maths and English Grade ERP Experience C or above or equivalent Experience in a similar role High degree of IT literacy including Microsoft Office and in particular Excel Ability to build key working relationships both internally and externally Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Ability to work under pressure and be able to multitask
