Welcome as a freedom of choice experiment customer at Aava!

With the freedom of choice introduced by the social welfare and health care reform, you can choose your basic health care service provider. Aava Medical Centre is developing Finnish health care by participating in the freedom of choice experiment conducted in Central Uusimaa.

Aava Hyvinkää, Tuusula and Järvenpää are involved in the freedom of choice experiment

The freedom of choice experiment will begin in May 2017 and last until the end of 2018. As a listed customer, you will receive basic health care services, i.e. appointments with a nurse, health nurse or general practitioner, from the Aava clinic of your choice. With a referral, you will receive general practitioner laboratory and X ray services from all Aava clinics. Prescriptions can only be renewed by phone, not through Omakanta.
