***Please keep in mind, all times are approximate as weather and road conditions may cause delays or possibly earlier arrival times.*** Schedule subject to change as needed. Please note that only parents/guardians and those individuals who are listed on your son/daughter’s school record as “authorized to take off campus” will be allowed to pick up your son/daughter from the bus stop. Should you wish to add or delete any individuals from this listing, please contact the principal’s office at the school so they can update your son’s/daughter’s records.

Parents are to report to the bus to sign the release checklist on “return home” transportation days and to sign for any medication that the Student Health Center has sent home with your son/daughter. Bus chaperone staff are not able to leave the bus area to obtain your signature.

On Sundays, parents should report to the bus with their son/daughter and make sure their luggage is loaded. All medication must be given to the bus chaperone staff when your drop off your son/daughter. The bus chaperone staff will deliver the medication(s) to the Student Health Center upon arrival back to campus.

Failure of an authorized individual to report to the bus stop on time to pick up your son/daughter will result in the school contacting the local authorities. LSDVI chartered buses are not able to wait and delay their departure from the bus stop.

Please contact your son’s/daughter’s dormitory, school, or the LSDVI transportation office as early as possible during the school week should you plan to pick up your son/daughter from school instead of him/her riding the bus on Friday. This will ensure that the bus boarding checklist will be updated and that your son’s/daughter’s luggage will be at the correct location.

Due to limited space on our weekly buses, your assistance in providing a smaller suitcase or duffel bag for those items that your son/daughter needs to transport to/from home on the weekends would be appreciated.

It is important that you keep the school office updated when your contact information changes or your emergency contact information changes (e.g. home, work, or cell phone numbers).

Your cooperation with the above items is necessary and appreciated for the safety of our students.
