IX. Erosion Control Plan Drawings or Photos. You must include a drawing, which fully illustrates your project and the erosion control plan.
X. Maintenance. Required: Until the site is stabilized, all erosion and sedimentation controls must be maintained properly. Maintenance must include inspections of all erosion and sedimentation controls on a weekly basis and after each runoff event. All preventative and remedial maintenance work must be performed immediately.
Required: Should any measures contained within this plan prove incapable of adequately removing sediment from on- site flows prior to discharge, or of stabilizing the surface involved, additional measures must be implemented immediately by the property owner to eliminate all such problems.
Required: After final site stabilization has been achieved, temporary erosion and sedimentation controls must be removed. Areas disturbed during removal of the controls must be stabilized.
XI. Proper Measures for Recycling or Disposal of Materials.______

Fertilization: Liming and fertilizer for all of the listed mixes shall be applied as required to obtain a uniform 70% erosion resistant perennial vegetative cover. The following rates, per acre, are recommended by the Department.
