The University College, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra has informed that they are going to organize ‘39th Zonal Youth Festival, K.U. Campus Zone’ on the University Campus from 28th to 30th September 2016.

Enclosed list of Proctorial duty is approved by the Vice- Chancellor. You are requested to kindly arrange to upload the said list on the website to be sent to all the Chairpersons / Directors / Principals/Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra to enable them to distribute the list among the teachers concerned of their Departments, etc.

‘39th Zonal Youth Festival, K.U. Campus Zone’ is being organized by the University college, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra from 28th September to 30th September, 2016. In order to maintain discipline, following faculty members as approved by the Vice-Chancellor, are deputed and requested to perform proctorial duty as per details given below. If someone is not available for the duty due to some unavoidable circumstances, he/she should provide a substitute through the concerned Chairperson/Director/Principal or should exchange the duty with some other colleague under the intimation to the undersigned. All the faculty members on duty may kindly report at the venue on the given date and time and must stay on till the end of the event.
