Legislative Update House Bill 239 – Equitable Treatment of Manufactured Homes – was filed Thank you! in the hopes of reducing sales tax that must be paid by consumers for  21st Mortgage Corporation manufactured homes in Kentucky. KMHI is proposing that consumers pay  Alliance Credit, LLC 6% sales tax on 50% of the retail cost of the home. We may need your  Blevins, Inc. help on this legislation so watch for “Calls to Action.”  Brown & Brown Insurance/Reed Brothers Insurance  Clayton Bank and Trust Kentucky has a new Governor, a Republican, which doesn’t happen very  CMH Homes, Inc. often in Kentucky. We had 57 homes and our attendance was 1,572 which includes: retailer, developers, and community owners. We KMHI and MHI staff greeted everyone as they entered and many made a sold out of service/supplier exhibit space and the education programs PAC contribution. A grand total of almost $4,600.00 was raised for KMHI- were well attended and attendees felt they were important to the show’s PAC. Great job! success.
