MDS Also offers Salary Packaging, Flexible working hours, Leave Loading, and a mobile phone. Position is Permanent Part Time on a 64 Hour Fortnight

MDS Training is a commercial business operation within Macarthur Disability Services Ltd. which offers qualifications and professional development in the community sector. We are embedded in the local community, South West Sydney and into the Wingecarribee. We have also delivered training in the ACT, Illawarra, Newcastle, Coffs Harbour and Sydney regions. We deliver in house training on a range of topics including person centred approaches, disability awareness, conducting effective assessments and staff management and others. MDS Training also offers a professional development calendar twice yearly.
We also provide a consultation service on staff management, training and development and policy support along with other topics as requested.
We work with government and non-government organisations.
We also have a partnership with Mr Wed for Certificate IV TAE.

MDS actively promotes the rights and aspirations of people with a disability, and to enrich their lives and roles in the community through the provision of choice, opportunity and innovative service design.
