An educational excursion has been planned for your child. As always, the rules and regulations in place at Roy W. Brown Middle School are to be followed during this school-sponsored activity, as well. The details regarding the field trip are as follows:

Group Sponsoring Field Trip (department, club, grade level): 7 th Grade

Day/Date of Field Trip: Monday June 16, 2014

Time of Field Trip: departing RWB at 9:15am and returning to RWB by 1:45pm

Destination of Field Trip (including address): Medieval Times- 149 Polito Avenue Lyndhurst, New Jersey 07071

Transportation for this Field Trip: Bergenfield Public School Buses

The cost of this trip is: $35 cash/check (checks are to be made out to: RWB Middle School Activity Account)

Payment is to be submitted along with this permission slip.

Please note that some children are ineligible to attend this trip because they have accumulated 25 discipline points throughout the course of the year. Should your child reach 25 points after the payment has been submitted, there will be no refund due to the deposits that must be submitted in advance to hold your child’s place.
