Special; fabric; taffeta textile materials; lace; tapestry; trimmings; embroidery Note: 1. This group does not include the textile materials, specified in Note 1 to group 59, soaked, with coating or backed up, or other products of group 59. 2. Commodity item 5801 includes also fabrics with weft pile, in which pile forming filaments have not been cut yet and at that stage they do not have yet raised pile. 3. For products of commodity item 5803 the term "cross weave fabric" means fabric with base, made fully or partially of raised or backing filaments and of cross weave filaments, which are crossing raised or backing filaments, making half-turn, full turn or more for forming loops, through which weft filaments are passing. 4. Commodity item 5804 does not include knotted fabric, items braided of strings, ropes or slings specified in item 5608. 5. In commodity item 5806 the term "narrow fabric" denotes: а) fabrics not wider than 30 cm, woven or cut from wider fabrics, with fillets (woven, glued or made otherwise) on both edges; b) tubular fabric with plane width nor more than 30 cm; and c) piping with turned in edges with width when expanded not more than 30 cm. Narrow fabrics with fringe are included in commodity item 5808. 6. In commodity item 5810, the term "embroidery" denotes, inter alia, embroidery made with metallic or glass filament on visible textile base and embroidered applications of spangles, buggles or decorative ornamentations of textile or other materials. This commodity item does not include tapestry embroidered needle (See item 5805). 7. In addition to products of commodity item 5809, this group includes also the products, made of metallic filaments and used for ornamentation of clothes, as upholstery or for similar purposes
