Specifications

1. Functional Requirements 1.1. The System will be powered by rechargeable batteries. 1.2. A single power switch to start the system will be located externally on the case. 1.3. External environmental plug from camera hookup will be provided. 1.4. External continuous power hookup for both AC and DC input to the Power Control Module will be available. 1.5. Camera will be stored in case and removable with simplified hookup to Camera Mast. 1.6. The unit will be portable enable a single person to carry. Weight of unit should be less than 75lbs. 1.7. Operate from -10C to 80C minimum (current TRX1200 Gateway). Desirable operation from -20C to 85C. 1.8. Ability to secure the unit – Portable and Securable.

4. Electronics and Software Integration: 4.1. Commercial off the Shelf Color IP Video Camera 4.2. Adjustable mast capable of mounting camera at a minimum of 7’ in height 4.3. TRX1200 Gateway 4.4. Dual Band Cellular Amplifier – Optional integration 4.5. External Cellular Antennas for Wireless Wide Area Network (WWAN) 4.6. External Wifi Antennas for Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) 4.7. Microphone, Telemetry 4.8. A ground plane for external antennas shall be included.

2. Camera/Video 4.9. Will Provide color video with a minimum of 640 x 480 resolution 2 Frames per Second. 4.10. Video stream will be adjustable providing a higher frame at lower resolutions 4.11. Camera may include Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) capability. 4.12. The multimedia stream may provide real time sound. 4.13. May include video/sound capture capability. 4.14. Camera Control will be available through WAN connection.
