b. Appointing Roberto F. DeJesus as a probationary full-time member of the North Plainfield Police Department, effective June 7, 2004
c. Authorizing the issuance of a permit to the North Plainfield Rescue Squad for Charitable Solicitation at the intersection of Somerset Street and Jackson and Park Avenues on June 26-27; July 17-18, 24-25; August 21-22, 28-29; September 18-19; 25-26, 2004 between the hours of 10:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m.
