1. Foreword

Thank you for your purchase.

Before using the new player, please read this manual carefully.

Contents in this manual may change possibly for better service. We have the right

2. Main Functions

3. Precautions

1. Do not using the player in the condition of high temperature(over 40℃ or less

than -20℃ ),humidity or dust

2. Do not fall the player while playing.

3. Battery service lift may be various from different using conditions, manufacturer

and manufacturing time.

4. Please charge in the following conditions:

A. Battery electricity icon displays no electricity.

B. Further power on the player when the system is powered off automatically,

but it powers off soon

C. No response with the pressing keys.

5. Do not disconnect the player abruptly during the formatting or uploading and

downloading, otherwise, it will cause the program error.

6. We will not be responsible for any obligation for any memory loss caused by

product damage, repair or other reasons. Please operate correctly as per the

manual.

7. The player, no matter is powered on or not, once connected with the USB port

of started computer, can be charged.

Setting mode

On main menu, press " / " key briefly to select function, press MANU key briefly to enter the function.

Short press ESC key to go back superior menu. Meanwhile, audio file is playing.

One main menu, long press MENU key to enter submenu of volume adjusting.

Press MANU key again to confirm entering submenu of volume adjusting.

Press / key to adjust volume.

On playing interface, press ESC key for a long time, the player will go back main menu.

On main menu, select Music, then short press MANU to enter Music Mode, then go to Audio Player submenu.

All Music All music files list.

Artists All music files list according to artists

Album All music files list according to album

Dir List Select Local folder or Card folder

8 ● Music Playing interface

● Press Key Defined

1. Press / key briefly to adjusting volume value

2. After selected music file, press short MANU key to enter Now Playing interface

and play

3. Press MENU key for a long time while audio file is playing to enter Playing

Submenu, press MANU key for a short time to playing choice interface. Press

ESC key for a long time to go back superior menu.

4. Press ESC key for a short time to go into volume adjusting menu. At this time the

music is playing.

5. Press / key briefly to select files or menu. Press / key for a

9 long time while playing music to make faster forward or backward.

6. Press key to play or pause playing music.

7. On submenu, press / key for a long time to change value or select.

● Functions Explaining:

1. Music Playing

After selecting music list, press MANU key briefly to enter, then select the

music files to play after press MANU key briefly.

2. Adjust Volume

Press / key briefly to adjust volume increasing or decreasing.

3. Now Playing Interface

On Now Playing interface, press MANU key for a long time to enter playing

submenu, then press MANU key to confirm.

Repeat Sequence, Repeat One, Repeat All, Random, Intro

EQ Normal, Rock, Pop, Classic, Soft, Jazz, DBB,

SRS WOWHD

Replay Times Set replay times. Press / key for a long

time to change value.

Replay Gap Set replay gap. Press / key for a long time

10 to change value.

Replay Mode Go to replay mode.

Tempo Rate Change the playing music's tempo rate. Press /

key for a long time to change value.

Remove Delete the playing music.

Add To My List Add the playing music to My List.

Information Display all information of the playing music.

Add Tag Add tag to the playing music.

FADEIN/FADEOUT Take On/Off FADEIN/FADEOUT by pressing

/ key for a long time

Volume Go to adjusting volume interface. Press /

or / key briefly to adjust.

4. A-B Replay

On Now Playing submenu, select Replay Mode. After press MENU key briefly

to confirm, the unit displays the starting point -A, then press key to confirm

the ending point -B. The unit displays A-B to replay the music between A and B

point. Press key briefly again to leave the A-B Replay function.

5. Lyric Display

On Now Playing interface, if the music have lyric, press MENU key briefly, the

11 unit could display music's lyric.

6. Star Grade Setting

On Now Playing interface, press MENU key briefly, the unit switches to star-display submenu: there are five grades of star, press / key to select.

After selected, the star's color would be changed.

7. Multitask Mode

On Now Playing interface, press ESC key to go back main menu. On main menu,

you can go to My Picture, My E-book, Games & Tools, Setting, while the music

is playing.

12 7. View Picture

On main menu, after selected My Picture, press MANU key briefly to go to

Pictures Mode:

Picture List Now playing The list of playing pictures.

Dir List Local Memory or Card Memory.

Scan Mode File List Mode Display all of pictures in memory with

file list mode.

13 Outline Mode Display all of pictures in memory with

outline mode.

Play Mode Manual Play Display pictures by manual

Slide Play Display pictures with slide show.

Slide Gap On slide show mode, set the time between two pictures, you

can press / key for a long time to change the value of

File List Mode： Outline Mode

● Press Key Defined:

1. Press / key briefly to select file.

2. After selecting file, press MENU key to browse the picture selected.

14 3. Press MENU key briefly to check playing schedule. Press MENU key for a long

time to go to submenu.

4. Press ESC key for a long time to go back main menu. Press ESC key briefly to go

back superior menu.

5. Press / key briefly to display last or next picture.

● Playing Manu

Remove Delete the selection file, press MENU key to confirm.

Rotate Rotate the playing picture, there are 90°, 180°, 270°three

selections. Press MENU key to confirm.

Zoom Zoom in or zoom out the playing picture, press MENU key to

confirm. Press MENU/ESC key to move the picture towards

up/down. Press / key to move the picture towards

left/right. Press key to exit this function.

Informatio Display the information of playing picture, press MENU key

n to confirm.

Volume On multitask mode, you can adjust the volume.

● Protect pictures:

On Picture List mode, press MENU key for a long time to go to submenu, you can select Protect File and press MENU to confirm. (This function will be done after

15 setting encrypted U disk.

Attention: Zoom In/Out function will be done which the picture's display dots >

320*240. GIF file will not support Rotate & Zoom functions.

8. My Video

On main menu, select My Video, press MENU key briefly to go to Video Player menu.

Now Playing Press MENU key goes to Now Playing List.

Dir List Select Local Memory or Card Memory.

My Video Tag List Go to My Video Tag List.

16 ● Key Defined

1. Press / key briefly to adjust volume.

2. Press key to pause playing.

3. After selecting file, press MENU key to play video file selected.

4. Press / key briefly to select files and manus.

5. Press ESC key for a long time to go back superior menu. Press ESC key briefly

to go to volume adjusting menu.

● Introduce of functions

1. Faster Forward Playing/Faster Backward Playing

On Video Playing interface, press / key for a long time to play video

file Faster Forward /Faster Backward.

2. Submenu

On video playing interface, press MENU key briefly to check the playing schedule.

17 Press MENU key for a long time to go to playing submenu:

Remove、Loop Mode、Add Tag、Information、Volume。

The functions above are same as music playing.

3. Adjust Volume

Press / key to adjust the volume increase/decrease, press / for a

long time to adjust the volume increase/decrease continually

9. Record

On main menu, after selected Recorder, press MANU key briefly to go to

Recorder Mode:

1. Now Recording: Press MENU key to start recording.

2. Rec Type: Select recording type. WAV Rec, there are 32kbps; 64kbps; 192kbps;

384kbps sampling rates; MP3 Rec, there are 64kbps; 128kbps; 256kbps sampling

rates.

18 3. VOR: Press MENU key briefly to take On/Off.

This function can check the sound from exterior automatically. On recording,

when no sound from exterior, recording has been paused until sound appears.

● Introduce of Now Recording interface

● Operations:

Recording

1. On Recorder mode, press MENU key briefly after selected Now Recording, go to

the Now Recording interface and begin to record.

2. Press key briefly to pause the recording.

3. Press ESC key briefly to exit the recording and save.

4. Press MENU key to save.

● Play the Record Files

19 On My Music mode, select Record List to play record files. The operation is same as play music files.

10. FM

On main menu after select FM, press MENU key to enter FM interface:

Press MENU key to enter Listen FM interface.

Station List： Press MENU key to enter Station List interface, press / key briefly to select station, then press MENU key to confirm it and listen .

FM Band： USA Band & Japan Band to be choice.

Stop Playing： Stop Playing the station of FM.

20 ● Operations

1. On FM interface, after selecting Listen In, press MENU key briefly to Listen to

FM interface.

2. Searching FM Station

Manual Search Station, press / key briefly, manual searching FM station

Upward/Downward

Auto Searching Station: On Listen to FM interface, press MENU key for a long

time to enter submenu, select Auto Search by pressed key / briefly.

Press MENU key briefly to search and save FM stations automatically.

3. Save Channel

On Listen to FM interface, press MENU key for a long time to enter submenu,

select Save Channel by pressed / key briefly. Press MENU key to confirm

saving.

4. Ved!

select ved! by pressed / key briefly. Press MENU key to confirm.

There are High, Medium, Low three choices.

21 5. FM Record

select ved! by pressed / key briefly. Press MENU key to confirm.

6. Switch of saving channel

On Listen to FM interface, press MENU key briefly to enter Station List interface,

press / key to select station. Press MENU key to confirm and listen this.

7. Remove

select Remove by pressed / key briefly. Press MENU key briefly to confirm

remove listening station.

8. Adjusting Volume

Press / key briefly to adjust volume increasing/decreasing. Or press ESC

key briefly to go to adjusting volume menu.

9. Pause Playing

On Listen to FM interface, press key briefly to pause playing.

10. Multitask

Multitasks operation is same as Music's.

11. E-book

22 On main menu after selecting My E-book, press MENU key to enter this.

● My E-book interface

Reading Now Reading Files.

Dir List Local Memory & Card Memory

Tag List Tag files list

Auto Play Set auto play gap time, press / key for a long time

Gap to change value.

23 ● Key Defined.

1. Press / key briefly to select files.

2. Press MENU key to enter Reading interface.

3. Press ESC key briefly to go back files list in superior direction

4. Press ESC key for a long time to return main menu.

● Operations:

1. Press MENU key briefly to enter Reading interface.

2. Press / key briefly to pgup/pgdn.

3. Press MENU key for a long time to enter submenu:

Add Tag: Press MENU key briefly to confirm: add tag to reading file.

Remove: Press MENU key to confirm: delete reading file.

Skip To: Press / key for a long time to select situation of reading file, press

MENU key to confirm.

4. On reading interface, press MENU key briefly to switch between Auto Mode

& Manual Mode.

5. Protect File: Same operation as My Picture.

12. Games

24 On main menu, select and enter Games by pressed MENU key.

Games： There are three games: Tetris, Boxman, Snake Games list interface:

New Game: Press MENU key to confirm: Starting new game.

Setting: Set the game's speed & level by pressing / key for a long time.

Rank: Press MENU key to confirm displaying rank.

Continue: Continue playing last game, after game over the screen will register player name. Exit: Exit the operation.

● Operations

1. Tetris

After selecting, press MENU key to enter.

MENU: When playing game: increase falling speed; When using keyboard: confirm & input.

Press ESC key briefly: Change; When using keyboard: delete. When playing game, press ESC key for a long time to exit. / : Move toward left/right. When using keyboard, move toward left/right.

Press key briefly to pause

25 2. Boxman

MENU: When playing game: move up; When using keyboard: confirm & input.

/ : Move toward left/right. When using keyboard, move toward left/right.

ESC: When playing game, press ESC key briefly to move down. Press ESC key for a long time to exit game. When using keyboard: delete

3. Snake：

Operation is same as Boxman.

13. Tools:

On main menu, select and enter Tools by pressed MENU key.

There are three tools: Stopwatch, Calculator, and Calendar.

1. Stopwatch

26 After selecting, press MENU key to enter.

Press MENU key briefly to start/pause counting. Press key to save last counting time and start next counting. After fifth counting, press key briefly, the player will record the counting time one by one.

When the player pause the counting, press MENU key for a long time to enter submenu. After select Clear, clear the counting records.

2. Calculator

MENU: confirm selection

/ : move towards left/right

: next/last line.

Press ESC key briefly to delete, press ESC key for a long time to exit.

3. Calendar

On Calendar interface, press / key briefly to change date.

27 On Calendar interface, press MENU key briefly to enter confirming interface.

Press / key briefly to select changing item, and press / key for a long time to change the value of item. Press MENU key to confirm.

13. Data Exchange

28 On main menu, after selecting, press MENU key to enter. There are two selections:

Local Memory & Card Memory.

● Operations:

1. Local Memory

After selecting, press MENU key to enter. All of files supported are displayed.

After selecting one item, press MENU key for a long time to enter submenu.

Selecting Copy To Card, press MENU key to confirm, then the item selected are copied to card...

2. Card Memory

As same operation as Local Memory's, except selected Copy to Local.

14. Setting

On main menu, after selecting, press MENU key to enter. Press / key to

1. Information

Display the player's detail of information.

2. Display

Under this item, the player could set Backlight lights time (0-120seconds, 0 second means always lighting), and backlight’s Brightness (4 grades).

Press / key briefly to select and press / key for a long time to change.

3. Rename Play list

Under this item, the player could rename 5 Music List’s name. Operation:

Press / key briefly to select different list, press MENU key briefly to confirm and enter interface.

30 Press / key briefly to move towards left/right. Press ESC key to delete character, and press MENU key to confirm character.

Under this interface, it needs confirm to exit.

4. Date and Time

Adjust Date and Time：Press / key briefly to select item to adjust, press

/ key for a long time to change value.

Time Format： This function could adjust hour mode. Press / key briefly to select time's format. Press MENU key briefly to select 12/24 hours mode.

Display on System Bar: If select Open, time will be displayed on System Bar.

Press key / briefly to select, and press MENU key briefly to select

Open/Close.

5. Player Configure

Owner: The player can rename user's name. The operation is same as Rename

Play lists.

31 Off Time: This function is set the turn-off time (0-60 seconds) in a stopping state after no operated. Press / key briefly to select adjusting item, and press /

key for a long time to change value.

Sleep Time: This function is set the turn off time (0-120 minutes) on a playing state after no operated. The operation is same as Off Time's.

Format Card: This function could format the card inside player. Before format, please save your data inside the card. Press / key briefly to select, and press

MENU key to confirm formatting.

Format Memory: This function could format the memory inside player. Before format, please save your data inside the memory. Press / key briefly to select, and press MENU key to confirm formatting

6. Language Select

This function could set the player's supporting languages.

7. Encrypted Disk Setting

This function could separate and encrypted disk. Before separating disk, save the

data. (Only after setting Encrypted Disk, the function of protecting files can be

realized.)

Operation:

1. No separation: Display Adjust Capacity. Press / key for a long time to adjust

capacity, MENU key to confirm separated. After separated, the player need input

the password. (The operation is same as Rename Play lists).

32 2. After separated, the player displays protect files, changes password, adjusts space.

Protect File: There are two selections: Hide & Show. When player selects Hide,

under Picture mode, Video mode, E-book mode, protect files list will not display.

When player selects Show, press MENU key to show input password interface, if

correct, protect files list will display.

Change Password: Set password again.

Adjust Space: After readjusted space capacity, separate and encrypted the disk.

3. Reset

Take all of setting back to initialization.

15. Video Files Transforms

The transform-tool is transforming video files to AVI format which could play with the player.

Working operation system:

Windows98、Windows Me、Windows2000、Windows XP。DirectX need

Ver 9.0 or up.

● Operations:

33 1. Running the CD-ROM adapted to the player, select to install by

system registered.

2. After installed, find and open the folder Selecting the program,

double click and run it.

● Interface:

a) Operations

1. Select source file: Beside Input Files column, there is a button adding video

files to be transformed.

34 2. Selecting output files saving route: Beside Output Files column, there is a button

of AVI format files saving route.

35 3. After selecting, click button to start transforming

When transforming schedule achieved to 100%, the system registers

transforming is finished. This means success. Transfer the AVI files by USB

cable to player, please enjoy it.

16. Upgrade the player

The Player can be upgraded use the utility software supplied with it.

● Operations

1. Open the player and connects with PC by USB jacket.

2. Inside the folder , you will find the

tooling.

After selected, double click to run it.

36 3. Click the button “choosing the new edition hard files", choose the new

firmware program.

After selected the firmware, click the button "Open".

37 4. Upgrade

Click the button "Starting to upgrade", the system will begin the upgrade.

After finished the upgrade, the program would register succession message.

Now quit the program and disconnect the player & PC.

38 17. Troubles Shooting

● The player cannot be turned on

1. Check the electricity of battery is enough or not.

2. Connect charger and check again.

● No sound from earphone

1. Check whether volume is set 0.

2. Check the earphone is connected well.

● Bad noise

1. Check whether the headphone plug is dirty.

2. Corrupted MP3 may make a static noise and the sound may cut off. Make sure

that the music files are not corrupted.

● Bad effect of FM

1. Change the position of headphone & player.

2. Shut off electric device nearby.

3. Headphone is used as antenna.

● Words on display are deformed

1. Make sure that you have selected the correct language.

● It can not upload/download the file or the disk can not be found in computer

1. Make sure the connection between PC & player is well.

2. Check whether the player's memory is full.
