The 4-H Name and Emblem is a federal trademark protected by 18 USC 707. Request to use the 4-H Name and Emblem in Ohio in fundraising, sale of product(s), or other promotional use must be submitted to the County 4-H Educator in which it is to take place.
Request for use of the 4-H Name and Emblem in more then one Ohio County must be submitted to: OSU Extension Center at Wooster; Attn: 4-H Name & Emblem, 1680 Madison Avenue; OARDC Admin. Building; Wooster, OH 44691-4096.
Use of the 4-H Name and Emblem beyond Ohio or multi state, must be approved by the Administrator, Cooperative State Research, Education and Extension Service, Dept. of Agriculture, C/O National 4-H Headquarters, 1400 Independence Ave. SW, MS 2225, Washington D.C 20250.
