Directions: The Gym Bin is located just south of the intersection of Paul Bunyan Drive and Hwy 197, between Paul Bunyan Drive and The Industrial Park on Hwy 197 on the east side of the road. There is a large sign that indicates the entrance. If coming from Ruttger’s, proceed as if you were going to downtown Bemidji, turning left out of Ruttger’s. Continue past downtown, past Ace Hardware, across the railroad tracks until you come to the intersection of Paul Bunyan Drive and Hwy 197. Paul Bunyan Drive curves left, Hwy 197 continues straight. Pass Lueken’s Grocery store on your right (west). Look for a sign saying “The Gym Bin on the east side of the road.

Space is somewhat limited, so I suggest that whenever possible, wear gi pants and Tee Shirt to the seminar to expedite changing.
