Access to Infomaker Allows Us to Send to Groups of Students Etc

1. What do you want to communicate but feel you can’t or don’t know how?  We utilize email based on groups especially for payroll or budget officers so it’s really not an issue for us.  Access to infomaker allows us to send to groups of students etc

2. What do you want to hear or have knowledge of?  Events on campus, music, theatre, art, athletics.  College Assembly meetings-follow up minutes not sure where to find these  College standing committee minutes not sure how to find these.

3. What areas of communication are you satisfied with?  Staff meetings where we get together with other offices to share information that impacts both of our areas. (HR/Business Office, Monthly Buzz- EC, Reg & BO)

4. What are your preferred methods of delivery to both send and receive campus communication (paper, email, web, other).  I really prefer email based on targeted groups  Appreciate not having all the global emails every day
