1. PURPOSE: The purpose of this document is to provide component lead finishes for the FasTrak Family of Vicor Products as a supplement for the Tin Whisker Mitigation Program described in CST-0012.

2. SCOPE: This document is applicable to BBU and VI Chip BU Quality Assurance and is used primarily by RoHS Program Management and the Vicor Marketing and Sales Department in consultation with Vicor Customers.

4. PROCEDURE

4.1. In conjunction with CST-0012, the Vicor Corporation Tin Whisker Mitigation [Quality Assurance] Program, CST-0013, CST-0014 and CST-0015 provide the Component Lead Finishes for Vicor Product Families. This document covers the FasTrak Family of Products.

4.2. Refer to Figure 1 for the complete listing of FasTrak family Component Lead Finishes.
