I am a highly motivated person with an enthusiastic attitude. I do like to challenge myself and learn new skills. I always look to see how I can improve my experience and knowledge. I lived and schooled in France for 6 years which allowed me to be fluent in the French language.

Employment History Phoenix Computer Systems. June 2013 - April 2015 - Apprenticeship I was an IT Technician repairing phones and computers. I gained an enormous amount of knowledge on this subject. I was repairing Apple technology from all over the country as well as phones and computers for walk in customers. This has given me skills in customer service, using computerised tills and general day to day running of a busy high street shop. This apprenticeship gave me a level 2 in ICT.

The Ludlow Arms, May 2014 - September 2016 - Bar Steward - Part Time I was behind the bar serving customers and working the till. This job was challenging as it is a popular pub in town. We worked well as a team, fast and efficiently. My duties included serving alcoholic drinks, cash handling, replenishing stock, cleaning and the closing down of the pub.

Virgin Media Head Office, April 2013 - June 2013 - Sales - Full Time This job consisted of communicating between head office and store managers to give authorisation for the staff, this allowed them to give discounts and promotions to customers. I also filled out spreadsheets for orders and deliveries. I left this role as I saw an opportunity as an apprentice to gain a BTEC Level 2 in ICT.

Halfords, May 2012 - April 2013 - Bike mechanic and Sales Assistant - Full Time I enjoyed this role as I am enthusiastic about working face to face with customers. I repaired bikes and gave advice to customers on additional products and accessories. We were given targets to meet on sales of bikes, accessories and bike car plans.

Rotork plc, May 2015 - Present day - IT Technician, Full Time This was my second Apprenticeship in IT, I wanted to learn the corporate side of things. I’m currently the 1st Line IT Technician, of which we support 3200 employees worldwide, also involves a fair amount of travelling away from home and working extensive hours. This job has given me a BTEC Level 3 in ICT.

Hobbies and Interests In my spare time I apply for tournaments in online gaming, also I have recently joined a table tennis club where we compete against other players and teams. I wakeboard and cycle on a regular basis as I like to stay active. I like to do “Extreme Events” where I recently ran the Battle of Lansdown for charity. Otherwise, socialising with my friends and family.
