Sub: International Platres Classic Car Rally 14-15 October 2017

The Antique Car Club of Cyprus LESPA-FIPA, is organizing the International Platres Classic Car Rally 14-15 October 2017 which is included in the FIVA Events calendar as “National” under license number NR 02/2017. The Rally will start simultaneously from Nicosia and Limassol as follows: From Nicosia, the cars will start from Nicosia Municipality on Saturday 14th October 2017 at 13:00hrs. From Limassol, the cars will start from Benningαns (sea side Avenue) on Saturday 14th October 2017 at 13:00hrs.

PROGRAMME OF THE EVENT

Closing of Entries: Tuesday 10 October 2017 at 19:00 hrs Documentation, Secretariat, issuing of Numbers Friday13 October 2017, 16:00 – 18:30 hrs Saturday 14 October 2017, 11:00 – 12:00 hrs at the start Nicosia/Limassol

Scrutineering: Friday 13 October 2017, 16:00 – 18:30 at LE CARRE LOUNGE CAFÉ Latsia Nicosia Saturday 14 October 2017 11:00-12:00 at the start of Nicosia and Limassol Start: Saturday 14 October 2017 13:00 hrs (Nicosia/Limassol) Finish: Sunday 15 October, 13:00 approximately. Provisional Results: Sunday 15 October 2017, 14:30 approximately. Final Results: Sunday 15 October, 15:00 hrs Prize-giving Ceremony Sunday 15 October 2017, 15:30 hrs

The entry fee for a two-member crew (driver and co-driver) is set at €50, plus €15 per person which includes the dinner with live music on Saturday night and unlimited Cypriot drinks. The fee for each additional crew member over 12 years old is set at €10 plus €15 for Saturday dinner. The dinner of Saturday Night will be held in “ΑΝΟΙ” Restaurant, in at 20:30. The Mayor of Platres will kindly offer to all participants a “cocktail” in the Palace where the prize giving will take place.
