Opening:

 Welcome new and returning guests: Charles Brown 3rd meeting, JoAnn Donaldson 2nd meeting. Eric Saenger 1st meeting. Eric introduced himself and gave a brief introduction regarding his move to Texas from Colorado and the modular club he had been in.

News from the President:

 The Club Website has been updated.  Website is now secured and malware free. Security software is now monitoring our site and is set to automatically remove threats. Google and Bing Search results are free of warnings and the re-linking of our website has been fixed. Spoof emails continue to appear in various members’ in-boxes but this should be something that will go away with time. Maintain lookout for these spoof messages and delete at once. Then empty your trash folder. .

 The Garland South Branch Show sent well. Setup and teardown went smoothly. The system operated well. Committee and Project Reports:

North Texas Council – Dave Griffith:

 NTX Council on-track for show table sales: 205 for January 2017 and 209 for October 2016. Show ads seem to be working. More requests are coming in.  The floor plan layout was approved by the Plano fire marshall.  There are no clinic participants from our club. This does not affect shares payout.  Two work hours were filled by Jack, Sat 12 – 1 and Dane, Sat 1 - 2 Technology Committee – Glenn Diefenbach:

 Items added to the trouble log from the August show will be addressed at the Richardson Christmas Show

Standards & Construction Committee & Project Status – Leonard:

 Work continues on modules 34 through 37. Supplies are running low and work will stop after the next show unless additional funding is secured. See addendum.

Club Incorporation Committee – Doug Woodward: (Chris)

 Still awaiting Texas State Tax Exempt Status.
