The raw space is required to be rented with minimum 36sq.m, which is only supplied with a show space, 24-hour cleaning and security services, excluding booth frames, and show equipment, etc. * Participation Procedure: 1. Fill out the "Participation Application Form", send the application by email or fax to the Organizer. The allocation of booths is on the basis of "first-come-first-served" in terms of application and payment. 2. Make the fees payable in full or 50% as deposit by telegraphic transfer to the Organizer within 7 days after Application. The balance of the payment shall be settled prior to 1st August, 2012. The "Proof of Payment" shall be emailed or faxed to Organizer after payment. 3. Submit your Company Profile to the Organizer before 1st August, 2012. The Organizer shall not be reliable for any mistake should the company profile be submitted later than the due date. 4.
