WELLCOME TO KARTÓDROMO INTERNACIONAL ALDEIA DA SERRA

PROCEDURES:  Pay to the cashier  Present the ticket you have got at the cashier, at the end of the restaurant´s counter, there you will receive an overall ,a helmet ,gloves and a balaclava.(you have to wear you sneakers).  Get changed at the restroom, if you want ,we can hold your clothes for you, get a number to get them back, at the end of the race.  Wait for our staff, he will take you to the place where you will get your rental go kart .  Write down your name at the form that will be presented to you, so that it appears at the race resume you will receive at the end of the race, where you got your equipment, at the restaurant.  Our staff will start the go kart , wait for their sign to go.  After 10 min., you will see yellow flags shaken , it means that the qualify ended  Stop at the beginning of the curve before the grid area, so that we can align the grid.  When the red lights go off, the race is on. All the karts are close to each other so pay attention not to make mistakes and be aware to spinning karts , keep a safe distance to avoid collisions, specially at the 4 first turns.  After 18 to 20 laps, you will see the black and white flag, this means, the race is over.  Do not drive for another lap, slow down and drive to the garage area, the same place where you have got the go kart.  Return the equipment where you´ve got it and enjoy our great food!

 Tight the helmet, it is useless if loosen.  If you drive pressing the break pedal(RED), your kart can get out of breaks, if this happens, release both feet from the pedals, because some people ,when in panic, used to automatic cars, press the right pedal to brake and increase more they speed , to avoid this situation, release both feet from the pedals and keep on the track until the kart stops.  The seats have different sizes, look for one who embraces you, in order to avoid hurting your ribs. Ask for help to adjust the seat backwards or forward.  At the first 3 qualify laps, pay attention at the circuit, the curves, where to go and then improve your speed.  If you have any problem, slow down, raise your hands and wait for our staff .Never leave the kart, if you need to change the kart, we will bring you an extra kart, you will jump from yours to the other. If you step on the track, you will be in great dangerous because the others can hit you.  Hold tight to the steering wheel if you notice you are going to hit something, the kart project you like a motorcycle.  The red flag means a terrible accident happened, stop the kart where you are and wait for us to rescue the injured person after that, we will reinitiate the race.  Never cross the grass area, it is very irregular and the car can capsize.  Never hit others, even if you don´t realize, the kart reaches 80km /h and you can injure seriously the other pilot.  At the end of the race, drive slowly and enter on the garage area, the same place where you got the kart, watch out not to hit our staff.
