Old Business – Motion to approve prior meeting minutes: Heather. Second: Amanda. Motion passed: unanimous

a) Membership Dues: will need to monitor whether members of IDASERVIC AND ICA. Amanda volunteered to monitor as long as she has access. finances coordinated with Sue Holmes

b) Webpage on Idahocounseling.org: Heather is working on webpage. Heather emailed link to IDASERVIC email account. When complete the webpage will be idahocounseling.org/idaservic. Intended to go live September 1st. Reviewed tabs and layout of webpage. Meeting minutes and By-laws will be added to webpage under the Board Member tab. Access: mailchimp account will provide once webpage completed. ADD: Resources tab: link to ASERVIC, journals, newsletter, Discussed ways of further promoting our division.

c) Discussion Forum: both professional and student members will be able to access. Need to further discuss how this will be monitored, created, and developed.

d) Fall Training: Workshop in November, will send out announcement to ICA listserv. November 12th. Poc room 710 secured. Lynn working on scheduling room

e) Other

New Business

a) Contest for ASERVIC logo: Lynn briefly discussed them. b) Donations: add to website. Determine whether the current ICA donations form will work and how we will ensure that donations will get sent directly it IDASERVIC.

c) Proposal for ICA: contact Michelle Hopkins, add sponsored program if we have a presentation. Presentation idea: Spirituality and the effect on the brain
