REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS “AUTHORIZED DELEGATE” FOR CONNECTICUT LIHTC PORTFOLIO

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) requests proposals from qualified firms to serve as CHFA’s “Authorized Delegate” for Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance monitoring for the three year period beginning 1/1/07 and ending 12/31/09.

To obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP), written requests for information must be received by 4:00 P.M. on Friday, October 13, 2006. Emails and faxes are not acceptable. Please contact:
