BOROUGH OF RIVER EDGE PLANNING BOARD MINUTES January 19, 2012

ROLL CALL PRESENT: Robert Nyman, Neil Doornheim, Edward Lane, Ed Mignone, Vito Aquafredda, Mayor Moscaritolo, Kevin Duerr, Ellen Busteed, Tom Kyritz, Richard Mehrman.

ABSENT: Peter Theisz, James Arakalian,

CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Edward Lane called the Planning Board meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.

Sunshine Law (Open Public Meetings Act) Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided by sending notices on December 24, 2010 to the Record and the Ridgewood News. By positioning on the Bulletin Board in the lobby of the Borough Hall and filing a notice of the same with the Municipal Clerk.

Edward Lane reminded the public that there are three fire exits in this room one in the rear and one on either side of the dais.

Motion made by Bob Nyman seconded by Mr. Lane

REORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD

Appointment of Attorney to Planning Board

Mr. Mignone makes the nomination of Mr. Neiss for Planning Board Attorney for calendar year 2012, seconded by Mayor Moscaritolo. 2

Councilman Mignone, Vito Aquafredda, Mayor Moscatitolo, Mr. Duerr, Mr. Lane, Mr. Nyman, Ms. Busteed, Mr. Doornheim, Mr. Kyritz – all vote yes.

SITE PLAN APPLICATION CONTINUED TO MARCH 15, 2012 MEETING

2011-10 River Terrace Garden Associates. LLC, 144 Bogert Road, Blocks/Lots 1301/1, 1401/1, 1404/2-02

Arthur Neiss there has been communication between myself and the attorney for the River Terrace Garden Associates, LLC they forwarded a letter requesting that it be adjourned, there are some issues that need to be worked out and adjourning the application would be in the best interest of the board and of the applicant. It will be postponed until our March 15th meeting.

MEMORIALIZATION

I E-Mailed you a copy of a revised resolution and tonight I am handing out a revised version of that resolution.

Mr. Coletti pointed out a few other changes.

Edward Lane makes a motion to accept the resolution , seconded by Bob Nyman.

Mr. Mehrman – I would like our Chairman to appoint a sub-committee.

Chairman Duerr – I would like Councilman Mignone to serve on the Site Plan Review Committee as well as Neil Doornsheim, also Bob Nyman.

Bob Nyman makes a motion to adjourn, seconded by Neil Doornheim.
