By December 31st  Affiliation Deadline for all Colorado HOSA members  Digital/E-mailed pictures of HOSA chapter activities emailed to [email protected] for our “Year in Review Video” January 11th  Online Regional Competition Registration Closes  Online Regional Competition Paperwork due to Colorado HOSA. This includes the: o Instructor/Advisor Agreement o Proctor Agreement January 15th  State Officer Applications due to [email protected]  Scholarship applications due to [email protected] January 18 – January 22  Online Regional Competition Window January 22nd  Event Assignments disseminated to all advisors January 26th  Payment for online testing postmarked  Recruit 1 judge per 25 members in your chapter and have them fill out this Judges Form January 27th  Online Regional Competition Results Posted January 29th  Mandatory Event Manager Webinar Postmarked by:  Early State Leadership Conference Registration Deadline is February 3rd 11:59 PM  Housing information postmarked (Directly to Cheyenne Mountain Resort) Details to follow.
