1. Effective immediately, the following establishments are off limits to all student personnel assigned to Marine Battery, Ft. Sill, Oklahoma:

a. Panchitas, Lawton, Oklahoma 73501

b. All strip clubs including but not limited to; Dragons West, Outskirts West, Club Platinum, and Sidewinders

c. Club Red Jelly, Lawton, Oklahoma

d. Alibis, Lawton, Oklahoma

e. “The Spot” aka. Doc Holidays, Lawton, Oklahoma

f. Tactical Learning, Lawton Central Mall

g. Smart Buy, Lawton Central Mall

2. These off-limits establishments are in addition to establishments listed in the Base General’s Memorandum concerning “Off-limits” Establishments.
