OKAY... I HIGHLY recommend that all coaches go to your online backoffice at Team Beachbody and click "New and Training" then "The Basics" then "Webinars and Conference Calls" then the "Webinar and Conference Call Archive" tab then click on the archived national coach calls. These are AWESOME... whether you are a new coach or veteran, you WILL get something out of these calls including motivation. I usually listen to the calls while I do coaching work online. Calls are usually about 45 minutes. BRING IT!!

[10:16:40 AM] Ted Dietz: Mike/TEAM: One of the things that paralyzed in the beginning was getting out of my comfort zone in regards to talking to people out of my social structure. I still am not comfortable with it but I am doing it.

[11:03:37 AM] Mike Nowak: Well, to be honest, even if she wanted to switch to your Team she could not. After the first 72 hours of being a coach there are no changes. The only thing she could do is quit as a coach and then be on probation for 6 months, then sign under your Team. After she quits she could switch to you as a customer, but again, would have to wait 6 months to sign as a coach again. This happens a lot and it may be in her best interest to do this...
