The Hall has a main entrance from Melbourne Street with level access from the street leading into the ground foyer lobby. There is also an access lift available.

Transport

 Plan your journey - translink.com.au  Walking distance – Approximately 2 minutes from all accessible public transport stops.

By train

 Closest stop is South Brisbane station, directly across the road from QPAC.

By bus

 Closest stop is Cultural Centre station, adjacent to QPAC.

By ferry

 Closest stop is South Bank Ferry Terminal, 200m from the Brisbane River South Bank

Parking

 Riverside Car Park – This is the Performing Arts Centre car park. Car Park 1 offers the best parking for QPAC. Access to this car park is via Melbourne Street or Stanley Place, through the Cultural Centre Tunnel.  Accessible parking spaces are available in the car park but cannot be reserved.  Drop off and pick up points – are on Grey Street opposite South Brisbane Station at the QPAC patron set down area. Taxis and private vehicles for patrons with access or mobility requirements may be dropped off here. Please note during special events (i.e. Riverfire or NYE) set down is at the Queensland Art Gallery.

Venue Accessibility  Opening time on performance day – Monday to Saturday 9am. Sundays – 1.5 hours prior to performance time.  Level Access to main entrance & foyer – Yes  Box office – Located on Level M (one level up from Ground level). Ticket purchases and collections are all available from the same location.  Access Toilets – are available on all levels.  Lifts – are available to all levels of the concert hall, as well as all foyers.  Venue wheelchairs – are available at the Box Office by prior request.  Bars and Refreshment areas accessible - Yes.

Inside the Hall

 Access and Wheelchair seating – is available in the stalls area of the venue. Please discuss specific requirements directly with Box Office staff when booking your tickets.  Hearing assistance – Sennheiser hearing loop equipment is available. Contact the box office in advance or enquire on the night from the cloak room on Level M. Equipment is available from the cloak room.  Assistance animals are permitted entry – Yes

All access bookings should be made directly with the box office by telephone or in person so we can provide the appropriate information for arrival and access requirements. Please note that free tickets & accessible seating options cannot be booked online.
