Junior Prom Information: Class of 2010 Tickets:  Tickets will be sold February 22-March 4 online through the SRVHS Web store.  Tickets will be sold February 25-27 and March 2-5 in the kiosk for cash and check sales.  Tickets cost $85 ($90 for non-SRVHS guests) if bought in the first week  Tickets cost $90 ($95 for non-SRHVS guests) if bought in the second week-so buy early!  There are no refunds on tickets!!! Web Store Sales:  All paper work including web store receipt and permission slips must be brought to the kiosk at lunch February 23-March 5 Check/Cash Sales:  In order to buy a ticket you must have your permission slip completed and money (make checks payable to SRVHS Class of 2010) Permission Slips Guidelines:  If permission slip is not turned in, student will not be allowed into prom regardless of payment.  Every SRVHS student must turn in a permission slip regardless of class. Non- SRVHS students fill out the guest portion on the SRVHS permission slip.  See webpage for further information, and additional permission slips if needed. Pictures:  Pre-shoot will be from 4:30-6:30 in the cafeteria at SRVHS.  Pictures will be available at the Scottish Rite Center.  Photos will be taken on the 3rd floor of the Scottish Rite Center from 7:30-9:30PM  Information about picture prices is provided in invitation Menu:  Caesar Salad, Fresh Seasonal Fruit, Fresh Roasted Vegetables, Teriyaki Chicken Wings, Mississippi Meatballs, Freshly Baked Pizza, Mucho Nachos, and a Dessert Station with chocolate fountain. Buses:  Because of EXTREMELY limited parking, we recommend traveling on buses, limos, or carpooling.  Chartered luxury buses will be available through the school; the cost is $20, purchase available when you buy your prom ticket. (Checks payable to SRVHS Class of 2010).  If you sign up for a bus, arrive to the school by 6:20 for check-in and loading. Buses will be boarding in front of the small gym and will leave between 6:45 and 7:00.  If you would like to sign up for a bus as a group (so that you are on the same bus), group reservations and checks must be submitted together. Otherwise buses will be assigned randomly. Tuxedos:  Men’s Wearhouse Formalwear, located in San Ramon and in the Stoneridge Mall, will donate back to SRVHS on every rental! Florist:  SRVHS will receive $5 for each order placed at Donn’s Florist (888-926-8356). Place orders early to ensure timely pick up. Casino Room  There will be a separate, fully staffed casino room. Other:  Photo ID is required by everyone for admittance to the prom.  Gum is not allowed.  Supervised coat checks will be available for items such as cameras, jackets, purses, etc.  Parents will be notified if students do not arrive by 9:30PM or if students leave before 10:00PM  Scholarships are available to students in need, we do not want money to hinder a students desire to come to prom.
