Entry Deadline Nov. 19th (Thu.) 2015 Application Form Please download thru official website: www.tlpga.org.tw Practice & Practice:November,30(Mon) Tee off:06:30-15:30. Registration Please book the practice tee time at front desk.(You cannot practice alone.) Caddie fee:NT$2000. Register:November,30(Mon):10:00-15:00. Please prepare your passport and write bank detail when you register. Tournament Dates Dec. 2nd –4th (Wed.– Fri.), 2015 Location Tao Yuan Golf & Country Club No.39,Neighborhood 23,Jiulong Vil.,Longtan,Taoyuan Country 325,Taiwan Field Criteria  2015 TLPGA TOUR Members who are not in the top 80 list. Eligibility  All professional players (who are not current TLPGA TOUR Members).  Female 16 years of age or older by January 1, 2016, exceptions must petition to TLPGA and subject to board approval by Nov. 19th, 2015.  A member of a “recognized Ladies Professional Golf Organization (verification required) Field Size 60 players. Note – If more than 60 entries are received, players priority will be as follows: 1. 2015 TLPGA TOUR Members ranked in the order of official 2015 TLPGA TOUR Point List thru the Fubon LPGA Taiwan Championship. 2. In the order of Entry Date as received by email. Entries New Applicants must submit a copy of their certified birth certificate. Entry Fee NT$15,000 (Payable by cash only.) Please pay the entry fee when you register. Caddie Round 1 & Round 2: NT$1500/per round (caddie is 2 for 4 ). Please pay the fee when you register. Final Round:NT$1700 (caddies is 2 for 3) Please pay the fee before you tee off. Format 1. 54 holes of stroke-play competition, with cut(top 50). 2. After 3 rounds, top 20 (no tie) will receive 2016 eligibility category 6. In the case of tie, the rank will be determined by comparing the last 18 holes, last 9 holes, hole-by-hole. 3. After 2 rounds, If there is a player be cut, the ranking will use the score of 2 round, In the case of tie, the rank will be determined by comparing the last 18 hole, last 9 holes, hole-by-hole. Supplement Any player with a score of 88 or higher in the first two rounds will automatically be Rules withdrawn from the QT and will not be eligible to receive any type of Tour status for 2016.
