Canada’s Food Guide Assignment

You are to plan a five-day menu for yourself:

It must:  include 3 meals and 1 or 2 snacks each day  meet the daily minimum serving requirements for Canada’s Food Guide  have a variety of food, colour and textures  have between 2100 and 2500 Kcal  include extras such as margarine, ketchup, salad, dressing, soft drinks, juice, coffee, cream and sugar.

You must have each day on a separate page, and you must have a cover page for each day. At the end of each day, you need to have a summary of how many servings you have of each of the food groups and you must have a summary of how many calories and fat your complete day has had.
