* KCBS Rules strictly enforced * Set up can start Thursday, April 23rd after 5:00 pm. * Free Pizza Party for teams after set-up on Thursday evening *Meat Inspection will be held starting 10:00 a.m. Friday. A contest official will inspect your meat to certify that it is USDA uncooked meat. Late and Saturday arrivals will be done from 6:00-8:00 a.m. Saturday. PLEASE SIGN UP FOR INSPECTION WHEN YOU ARRIVE. * Cook’s meeting at 4:00 p.m., Friday, April 24th * Electricity assigned on first come basis * Event will be held rain or shine – No Refunds!

Our Entertainment and Event Schedule continues after the Awards Ceremony into the evening. Teams may leave the area as they wish, but are invited to stay through the evening activities.
